By accessing Tripero Tours, requesting custom quotations, or confirming travel packages, you agree to comply with these terms, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable domestic and international travel guidelines.

2. Booking & Confirmation

All package itineraries and flight assistance bookings are subject to availability and formal confirmation by airlines, hotels, and transport partners. Prices and availability remain subject to confirmation until the initial advance payment is processed.

• Provide accurate traveler names matching official photo IDs / Passports.
• Review all inclusions, exclusions, and itinerary days prior to confirmation.
• Ensure validity of passports (minimum 6 months validity for international travel) and visa documentation.

3. Payments & Pricing

Payments must be completed within the timelines communicated by Tripero Tours. Verified third-party payment gateways and official bank transfers are utilized for all transactions.

4. Changes & Cancellations

Any rescheduling or cancellation requests are processed in accordance with airline, hotel, and supplier guidelines, which are explicitly stated in writing before payment.

5. Traveler Responsibilities

Travelers are responsible for carrying valid original IDs, visas, adherence to local laws, and arriving on time for flight departures and guided day excursions.

6. Limitation of Liability

Tripero Tours acts as a travel coordinator and concierge. We are not liable for delays, weather events, force majeure incidents, or government transit restrictions beyond our reasonable control.
